Shortbread onion pie

A hearty dish or an original side dish - your choice. The most difficult thing for me was to roll out the dough evenly.

Yesterday I made onion pie according to your recipe. I really liked the pie!!! The pie turned out aromatic, very tasty and tender. The only thing is that the bottom turned out a little fatty, since there was a lot of sunflower oil left in the fried onions. But this is my mistake, I’ll correct it next time Tatyana, but I wanted to ask you about the test. The recipe calls for 150 g of melted butter, a glass of flour and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. I took 130 g of butter, I often take a little less butter, but I had to add another 3 heaped tablespoons of flour, the dough was just liquid. Maybe there was a mistake somewhere in the recipe? I just wanted to draw your attention))) Tatyana, thank you very much for the recipe, this is the pie I got
