I stuffed the knuckle with garlic and cut some of the cloves in half so that they fit into the holes. The dry spices didn’t want to stick to the pork skin, so I, on the author’s advice, added a little vegetable oil to them. After that, I lightly coated the entire shank using a silicone brush. I left it to marinate in the bag for a day, turning it over periodically. Well, about three hours before dinner, I put the shank on foil, next to the potatoes in spices and put it in the oven to bake for two hours, then I unrolled the foil and baking continued for another half an hour, although I didn’t turn on the grill. It turned out very appetizing, and the potatoes and meat acquired a golden brown crust. I placed it on the table directly in the mold, folding the edges of the foil. She sent fresh herbs on top. The meat was well baked, soft and juicy. Very tasty, you can feel the aroma of garlic) The potatoes are also tasty, literally soaked in meat juice. Perfect dinner!
