Another way to prepare healthy and dietary tofu. Impromptu recipe. I decided that since tofu is also cottage cheese, it should be used to make cheesecakes. Crispy and delicious. Can be served with syrup, jam or sour cream.

    Grate the tofu on a fine grater.

    Add sugar and vanilla. You can replace it with 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

    Gradually add flour. Its amount depends on how much moisture remains in the tofu.

    Knead the dough. It should keep its shape and not crumble.

    Roll into balls and flatten them, then roll in flour.
