STEP 1

Cut the onion into half or quarter rings.
STEP 2

Cut the dried tofu into slices about 1 centimeter thick, sprinkle with soy sauce and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
STEP 3

Fry the onion until golden.
STEP 4

Add Teriyaki sauce and heat for another 1 minute.
STEP 5

Roll tofu in flour.
STEP 6

Fry until golden brown.
