STEP 1

Fry the cabbage over high heat until soft.
STEP 2

Fry the onion over high heat until golden brown.
STEP 3

Add the liver to the onion, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
STEP 4

During the stewing process, add salt and thyme. Mix the prepared liver with cabbage.
