Coarsely chop the mushrooms.
STEP 3
Boil Brussels sprouts until soft. Add a little salt and a couple of slices of lemon to the cabbage water.
STEP 4
Bake bell peppers until soft and charred in the oven or over a fire.
STEP 5
Place the pepper in a tight bag and leave for 2-10 minutes to let it “sweat.”
STEP 6
Fry mushrooms in oil until golden brown. Add cabbage and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7
Peel the bell pepper and cut into slices.
STEP 8
Add pepper and soy sauce to the pan, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Chop the garlic and herbs.
STEP 10
Remove the pan from the heat, add the garlic and herbs, stir and season with a little salt if needed. Before serving, if desired, top the salad with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!

I'm so glad that I came across this recipe)) To be honest, I always looked at this tiny round cabbage in the store and wondered what it was for and how to cook it. And then I came across your recipe, so I decided to try how it would taste tasty! I’ll say right away that I really liked the salad, especially since it has a minimum of calories. Diet salads are not always tasty. I did everything according to the recipe, except I didn’t wrap the peppers in cellophane. And still everything turned out very tasty!!! And he even looks very beautiful. Can serve as a table decoration during the holidays.
