Salad with fried champignons
It is recommended to cool the fried champignons slightly before adding them to the salad. If you do not plan to prepare a warm salad, where do the heated foods go?
How to fry champignons for salad? To begin with, the mushrooms are cut into beautiful slices. If they are small in themselves, then you can take them whole, without slicing. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (a thin layer will be sufficient). And fry the mushrooms, stirring, until the color changes (they will become darker). If desired, you can add onions, chopped into half rings or cubes. Add salt and pepper at the end of cooking. Before adding to the salad, drain excess fat from mushrooms.
Question: why fry champignons for salad if you can already eat them even raw? Answer: because the dish has a completely new taste. To check this, experiment: prepare a salad with fried, pickled, raw champignons according to one recipe. And, as they say, feel the difference (it will be obvious).
