Salad with squid and mushrooms

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
If you have to boil an egg (in my situation it was boiled yesterday, put in the refrigerator to cool and taken out today), put it on the stove in a saucepan while we work on the squid. I already had it defrosted and cleaned. All that remains is to cut it into strips.
STEP 2
And then pour boiling water over them, boil these thin strips for a minute or two, adding a little salt to taste.
STEP 3
Chop the onion into half rings and place a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (you can also use butter) on the stove.
STEP 4
While it is heating up, chop the mushrooms into slices.
STEP 5
First, let's fry the onion in a small amount, and then after 2-3 minutes add the mushrooms. Fry until done, without leaving the stove, because the onions and mushrooms may start to burn. And mushrooms generally like quick frying, then they remain juicy.
STEP 6
If the egg is boiled, cool, peel and chop into cubes or strips.
STEP 7
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Let's grate the cheese directly here on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Mix carefully. Season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
STEP 9
Sprinkle with spices, mix everything again, serve in portions and enjoy.
