I made a delicious salad today using this recipe. Instead of smoked chicken, I took boiled chicken; I had a leg. Hard boiled eggs. I fried the champignons together with onions, because I really like the taste of fried mushrooms and onions. I grated the eggs and cheese on a coarse grater, cut the chicken and tomatoes into cubes. I laid out the salad in layers, greasing them with mayonnaise. The top layer with tomatoes turned out very elegant and appetizing. We tried the salad, the combination of ingredients was wonderful! Like a cherry on the cake - the freshness given to the salad by the tomatoes, and the pleasant sourness that greatly decorated it. Very tasty and satisfying! I decided to prepare a salad of fried mushrooms with eggs and chicken for my husband and I for a romantic dinner and decorated it as best I could with heart-shaped tomatoes.
