A very wonderful culinary recipe, in my opinion, especially for people who have recently switched to a vegetarian diet and are not yet accustomed to starting the morning without classic omelets. This dish, of course, does not resemble a classic omelette, but that’s all the better, because variety in diet (especially vegetarian) is still very important! Preparing the dish is very simple, step-by-step photos are especially helpful (I love recipes with step-by-step photographs, because you immediately see “how” and “what”). My husband and I don’t eat onions, so I cooked without them, but instead of regular salt I added “black” salt, it gives the dishes a rich eggy smell. So our omelet was just like a real one; people who didn’t know would not have been able to tell that there were no eggs in it. In general, I recommend it!
