Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients for the dough.
STEP 2

Prepare the dough. Mix flour, grated butter and cottage cheese, egg and salt. Mix the dough.
STEP 3

The dough will come together in flakes at first, but keep using your hands to bring the dough together. Gradually, the butter will combine with the flour, and you can form the dough into one lump. Wrap the finished dough in cellophane and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 4

Grease the mold with oil. Knead the dough on the table with your hands into a flat cake with a diameter larger than the mold. Place the dough in the mold and knead it with your hands from the middle so that the dough is evenly distributed over the entire surface and make sides approximately 5 cm high.
STEP 5

Ingredients for filling. Wash the vegetables, remove the peel and stems. Depending on the size of the pan and the vegetables, you may need less or more vegetables.
STEP 6

Cut the zucchini or zucchini and carrots into thin slices. If the zucchini is long, cut the strips in half.
STEP 7

Cut tomatoes and onions into half rings.
STEP 8

Cut and align the zucchini strips to the height of the sides of the dough. Place the zucchini and carrots one at a time, starting from the edges and moving towards the middle.
STEP 9

About halfway through, add tomatoes and onions.
STEP 10

Next we continue to lay out the zucchini and carrots. Insert tomato slices into the middle. At this point, take a pinch of salt and salt the surface of the cake.
STEP 11

Let's fill. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and chop the parsley. You can replace parsley with green onions or omit it altogether.
STEP 12

In a plate, mix all the ingredients for filling: sour cream, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt to taste, you can also add your favorite seasonings.
STEP 13

Fill the surface of the pie and use a fork to evenly distribute the filling over the entire surface.
STEP 14

Now tap the pan on the table so that the filling goes into the gaps between the vegetables. And bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. If the surface is baked earlier, cover with foil.
STEP 15

Leave the finished pie for about 10 minutes, then use a spatula to walk along the edges between the pan and the pie and open the removable ring.
STEP 16

The pie is ready! This is the delicious crust that the Striped vegetable pie makes.
STEP 17

Cut into portions. The cut pie is very beautiful. Bon appetit!
STEP 18

In a hot pie, at first glance, the dough may not seem baked, since the vegetables will give juice and soak the bottom of the pie. But during this time the dough is baked well and when the dough is broken, its pores are visible.
