Place the fish and eggs in one plate and use a fork to mash them into a pate. Add mayonnaise to it. Stir. You don't have to use mayonnaise if you're following a healthy diet. Then you can pour in a little liquid from the canned food itself to make the filling juicier.

    Rinse the lettuce leaves well under water and dry. It is convenient to do this in a special dryer for greens. If there is none, then blot the leaves with a paper or regular towel. Wash and dry the greens in the same way. Do not use wet greens; they will quickly lose their beautiful appearance, wet the other ingredients and ruin the dish.
