Three unique herring snacks for the holiday

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare three unique herring appetizers, we prepare the necessary products and spices. Pour ten grams of gelatin with fifty milliliters of water (three and a half tablespoons) and prepare the gelatin in a second cup in the same way, then set it aside for swelling.
STEP 2
Using a coarse grater, grate two hundred grams of beets into a deep plate.
STEP 3
Grate two hundred grams of boiled potatoes in their jackets on a large grater into a common plate.
STEP 4
Chop fresh parsley, dill and onion to taste.
STEP 5
Finely chop the greens with a knife.
STEP 6
Cut one hundred grams of herring fillet into small cubes.
STEP 7
Add the diced herring to the plate with the grated vegetables.
STEP 8
Sprinkle herbs on top to taste.
STEP 9
Mix all the ingredients well together.
STEP 10
Slowly add slightly heated gelatin to a cup with one hundred grams of mayonnaise and mix well.

Pour the prepared gelatin mass into a large bowl.

Place the prepared herring-vegetable mixture in parts into a bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

For the first type of snack, grease a suitable form with vegetable oil.

To further prepare the canapes, fill the mold tightly with the herring-vegetable mixture and cover it with a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.

We prepare the second type of snack in the form of balls, which we make from the remaining herring-vegetable mixture.

Roll the prepared balls well in greens and place on a plate.

For the third type of snack, grate two hundred grams of beets and one hundred grams of boiled potatoes into a plate on a fine grater.

Slowly pour the slightly heated gelatin into a cup with eighty grams of mayonnaise and mix well.

Pour half of the gelatin mixture into a large bowl.
STEP 21
Place grated vegetables in a bowl with gelatin mixture.
STEP 22
Add some black pepper to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Place boiled chicken eggs, cut into medium cubes, into a deep bowl.

Pour the remaining gelatin mixture into a bowl with diced chicken eggs.
STEP 26
Thoroughly mix the chicken eggs with the gelatin mixture.
STEP 27
We lay out a cut plastic bag on the table and put the vegetable mixture on it, which we distribute with a spoon into a rectangle half a centimeter thick.

Place the egg on top of the vegetable layer and distribute evenly, then sprinkle with herbs on top.

Cut one herring fillet into centimeter-thick strips and place the greens on top along the large edge of the rectangular shape.

We form and tightly wrap the roll, which we level and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

We take the form with the herring-vegetable mixture out of the refrigerator and lower it into a container of boiling water for two seconds.

We spread portioned herring and vegetable filling from the mold onto a table covered with cellophane.

We form canapés and use random bread, lemon, olives, fresh cucumber, onions to taste, then put them on a plate.

We take the roll out of the refrigerator and cut it with a sharp knife into portions two centimeters thick, after which we put them on a plate.
