Sweet pizza in 15 minutes - delicious, quick and easy

STEP 1
Summer has come and it's time for fruit. A summer recipe for lovely ladies and their families. So all our ingredients are in front of us!
STEP 2
I took Bird's Milk cookies or any shortbread cookies that would crumble well.
STEP 3
Grind our cookies into crumbs and add butter melted in a water bath.
STEP 4
First, stir with a fork, and then carefully remember everything with your hands - the mass should have a consistency similar to plasticine and not stick to your hands.
STEP 5
Using the prepared dough, place the base in the mold on parchment paper, slightly overhanging the sides. Place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the dough to harden, and then immediately into the oven for 5 minutes at 200-220C.
STEP 6
While our dough is baking, make the protein cream. Carefully separate the yolk from the white and beat the (chilled!) egg white with a pinch of salt until peaks form. We don’t need the yolk :)
STEP 7
As soon as the protein mass increases in size, add sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 8
At this time, our base will be baked, remove it from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
STEP 9
Remove the base from the mold and brush with protein cream.
STEP 10
Cut the fruits into thin slices (choose fruits to taste).
STEP 11
Decorate your pizza and serve, you can also add mint leaves, it turns out very beautiful and it smells wonderful :)
