STEP 1
Let's prepare the necessary products: boil potatoes (in their jackets), eggs and carrots. The sprat must be cut into fillets. Wash and dry the greens. Strain the liquid from the peas and olives.

Peel and cut boiled eggs

Peel and cut the boiled carrots

Peel and cut the boiled potatoes

Chop green onions

Slice a fresh cucumber. I did not remove the skin from the cucumber, but if it is too hard, it is better to peel the cucumber.
STEP 7
Cut the fresh tomato in half and remove the seeds. It can be used to prepare another dish.
STEP 8
We cut only the fleshy sides into the salad, thereby ridding the salad of excess moisture. Part of the tomato can be left to decorate the salad.
STEP 9
Place all the chopped ingredients and peas in a deep bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. You need to be careful with salt, because the salad will also include salted olives and salted sprat.
STEP 10
Finely chop the greens, sprinkle on the salad, garnish with olives and slices of fresh tomato.
STEP 11
Randomly place the kale fillet on the greens and serve.
