First, break three eggs into a bowl, grind them, adding salt (just a little).

Gradually add semolina and grind until the semolina, swelling, increases the mixture slightly in volume,

You will have to stir for about 5 minutes. The mass will turn white.

Then gradually, kneading with a whisk or mixer, add sugar. The sugar must disperse in the mixture so that it becomes homogeneous.

Then gradually add in the flour and stir thoroughly. The dough turns out to be very viscous and thick. We continue to beat it with a mixer.

And add sour cream without stopping the mixer. The sour cream should be thick, but fluid, very fresh, not “standing”, like they sell in plastic. It's better to buy one on the market.

Stop beating when the dough is smooth and thick like for pancakes. At this very moment, we stop adding sour cream. After this, grease the prepared pan with oil.
STEP 9
Then quench the soda with vinegar and quickly pour this sizzling mass into the dough, mix for 3 seconds
STEP 10
And immediately pour the dough into a mold with high walls.
STEP 11
Place in a heated oven. For me, at 180 degrees in the “convection” mode, the manna cooks for 20-25 minutes. In a conventional oven, baking can take from 50 minutes to an hour or a little more.
