Since early childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of the home for me, where the smells of my grandmother's pies intertwined with the joyful laughter of the family. Every morning began with small culinary experiments, when I helped my mother make jam or make dumplings. Growing up, I discovered the wonderful world of different cuisines - from the spices of Indian curries to the freshness of Italian pastas. My goal is to make cooking accessible and understandable to everyone. I put a part of my soul into each recipe, hoping that they will become the beginning of your own delicious stories among your loved ones.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
