Step-by-step preparation

Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar (you can use a mixer)
STEP 3
Pour in kefir, melted butter, add semolina, washed and scalded raisins and soda. Stir everything well. Let the mixture “swell” for 15-20 minutes (the dough will thicken)
STEP 4
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, you can sprinkle with semolina
STEP 5
Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Set the “Baking” mode for about 60-70 minutes, depending on the power of the multicooker
STEP 6
After the signal, transfer the manna to a dish using a steamer basket and serve. If desired, the top can be greased with any baking cream
