Chocolate manna with kefir in a slow cooker

The humble chocolate manna is prepared almost without our participation! Mannik is very economical and is not difficult to prepare. For tea every day. Mix all the ingredients, pour into the multicooker bowl, and after an hour, take out the finished pie. There is a desire to cut it and lubricate it with jam or custard. If not, then we leave it in this form and it is perfectly eaten down to crumbs.

I really liked the recipe! The resulting base is delicious, moderately sweet, moderately moist, and porous. We soaked it in plum jam and it turned out to be pleasantly sour. Baked in the oven.

I took a double portion of the ingredients (I have a 5-liter multicooker). Instead of cocoa, I added 1 teaspoon of instant Jacobz coffee. I left the semolina with kefir to swell for 1 hour. Program Baking or Cake or Dessert. The time was set to 1 hour 30 minutes. It turned out very high, well baked. Chocolate color and slightly coffee flavor))) Thanks for the recipe.)))

So simple, affordable and, most importantly, delicious. I spread it with grape jam, and now I’m enjoying it with tea. Thank you
