STEP 1

Pour sour cream over the semolina, mix and leave to swell for an hour.
STEP 2

Add sugar and eggs to the mixture of semolina and sour cream. Mix well.
STEP 3

Add soda and flour. Mix the dough.
STEP 4

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle the bottom with semolina. Pour the resulting dough into the bowl and set the “Baking” mode for 50-60 minutes.
STEP 5

After the beep, open the lid and give the manna a little time to cool. The mannik is ready! Bon appetit!
