For tea I baked charlotte with kefir in a slow cooker. My apples are not large, so I took more of them. I kneaded the dough according to the recipe, poured a small portion into the bottom of the oiled multicooker bowl, laid out the sliced apples and poured the remaining dough over it. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Charlotte rose well and was perfectly baked. The dough is moist, tender, sweetish, but in combination with the sourness of apples - perfect! Thanks for the recipe, Snezhana!
