  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake chocolate brownie cookies? Very easy and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take premium flour. Cocoa - high-quality, preferably alkalized. You need a large, selected egg. Bitter chocolate with cocoa content of at least 72%.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a saucepan, combine the chocolate broken into pieces with butter. Place over low heat and melt while constantly stirring. Instead of using the stovetop, you can melt the mixture in the microwave. Cool the mixture to room temperature.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Using a mixer, beat the egg with sugar until light and the mass increases 3-4 times.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the cooled chocolate mixture and beat again until smooth.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a separate bowl.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the flour mixture and salt into the dough. For the recipe, it is better to use regular table salt, not coarse salt, not sea salt. Since the cookies are baked for only 12 minutes, large crystals of salt may simply not have time to melt and will crunch on your teeth. Salt adds a flavor contrast to the cookies, but if you don’t like the combination of sweet and salty, then it’s better not to add salt at all.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Knead into a homogeneous soft dough. I kneaded with a silicone spatula. If the dough begins to easily form into a lump, sticking to the sides of the bowl, then it is ready. If necessary, you can add a little more flour.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

If the dough is too sticky, put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Roll the dough into 8 identical balls weighing 45-50 g. Flatten each ball with your hands, giving the shape of an even round cookie.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet at a distance of 5-6 cm from each other, as the cookies will increase in size during baking. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 180°C for no longer than 12 minutes. The inside of the cookies should remain slightly moist and the outside should be crispy.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Transfer the finished, still warm cookies from the baking sheet to a wire rack, sprinkle with sea salt if desired and serve. Bon appetit!

Chocolate cookies are my weakness, so I decided to make them using this recipe. Melt the chocolate with butter and then knead the dough according to the recipe. But it seemed to me that there was not enough flour, the dough did not come together into a lump and was very sticky. That’s why I added more flour, and then probably lightly filled it with flour. Instead of baking powder, I added slaked soda and homemade fruit vinegar. I let the dough sit for a while, formed cookies from it and placed them at a distance from each other on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat. The dough was quite dense, but still sticky. The finished cookies spread across the surface of the baking sheet. Outwardly, they do not look like what the author created, but they are so tasty! Mega chocolate, soft inside, it was impossible to tear yourself away from them until they were all eaten. Chocolate brownie cookies are a great recipe that I’m adding to my collection of best recipes. I recommend it to all chocolate lovers!

Perhaps the most chocolatey of all chocolates :) After asking my mom to bake “chocolate cookies or brownies,” I thought about this 2 in 1 recipe. I didn’t change the proportions. It turned out very tasty (only next time I’ll reduce the amount of sugar a little) Tender Soft inside With a very rich taste
