Pork rolls with cheese in fruit and mushroom sauce

Cut one kilogram of pork meat into thin slices about one centimeter thick.

We beat each piece of meat on both sides with a kitchen hammer.

Place the frying pan on the stove and pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then add the finely chopped onion and lightly fry.

Cut three hundred grams of champignons into medium pieces, then put them in a frying pan with the onion and fry, stirring.

Cut one pear into small pieces and place it in a frying pan with the mushrooms and onions.

Place half a slice of cream cheese on each piece of meat and add one tablespoon of mushroom filling.

Roll the meat and filling into tight rolls and secure them with toothpicks.

Place the rolls in a deep baking tray, then place it in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for twenty-five minutes.
