Depending on which heat treatment method is chosen, pork with champignons can have a completely different taste. For example, meat can be pre-marinated in different marinades, which will also affect the taste. The dish can be fried in a frying pan, stewed in a saucepan, baked in a pan in the oven, or cooked in a slow cooker. And all these will be completely different dishes, even if they are prepared from the same products.
When choosing meat, of course, it is better to focus on sirloin parts with a minimum of fat. But sometimes the choice is limited, and pork with bones is very good, so it depends on the situation. Before heat treatment, pork must be thoroughly cleaned and removed from excess: veins, streaks, films. Meat that is too tough does not interfere with lightly beating it. Or marinate, as mentioned above. You can simply boil it in salted water - this will also make it safer, since this way you can remove some of the toxins. It is better to drain the broth if you are not sure about the quality of the meat. If you are sure, it will make borscht or soup.
