I took this recipe as a basis and slightly changed the ingredients to suit my needs. Royal meat in the oven is amazingly delicious. I made this meat for a holiday dinner. Instead of tomatoes I put bell pepper, I put more onions, I removed potatoes from the recipe. I had homemade pork with a small amount of fat. The spices included salt and ground black pepper. For the sauce I used only 67% mayonnaise. My cheese is hard Dutch. I layered all the ingredients into the pan and baked in the oven for 45 minutes. It smelled amazing while cooking. It’s nourishing, tasty, and easy. The pork came out right away with the side dish, which is good news. The meat is tender, juicy and very appetizing. The cheese crust is golden brown, the vegetables are soft and the layer of mayonnaise complements the dish very well. Well, very tasty! I want to cook this delicious dish again and recommend it to you! Many thanks to the author!

I added garlic to the sauce, I love garlic! The recipe is simply awesome! Plus, given my dislike for raw onions, and mushrooms give a lot of liquid in the dish, I overcooked the mushrooms and onions in a separate layer, topped with Italian or Provençal herbs, covered with foil for half an hour so that the cheese did not dry out. The dish is very, very tasty, my husband is delighted! Thanks for the recipe!
