Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Place a glass in the middle of the dish and grease it with oil.
STEP 2

1st layer: grated boiled potatoes mixed with 50 gr. mayonnaise.
STEP 3

2nd layer: sliced mushrooms, fried in oil until tender, cooled.
STEP 4

3rd layer: carrots, grated on a coarse grater, fried in oil until tender, cooled.
STEP 5

4th layer: finely chopped boiled meat.
STEP 6

5th layer: mayonnaise 250 gr.
STEP 7

6th layer: boiled chicken eggs, grated on a coarse grater and mixed with 50 gr. mayonnaise.
STEP 8

7th layer: grated hard cheese on a coarse grater. Carefully remove the glass.
STEP 9

Garnish the salad with herbs and boiled, peeled, colored quail eggs. Happy Easter!
