STEP 1
How to fry meat with mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat for cooking. I will cook from pork meat. The ideal option would be the neck. It contains a little fat, so the meat will not turn out dry.
STEP 2
Rinse the selected meat in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then cut the meat into pieces. I cut the meat into cubes.
STEP 3
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then chop finely. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Fry the chopped onion for a couple of minutes until translucent.
STEP 4
Then place the chopped meat in the pan along with the onions. Stir and fry everything together for another 5-7 minutes. Over high heat, the meat will begin to change color.
STEP 5
Wash the champignons to remove dirt and cut into pieces. Large mushrooms can be cut into several parts, small ones - in half.
STEP 6
Add mushrooms to meat. Continue frying for another 5 minutes. During frying, the mushrooms will decrease in size and release a little juice. Add salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can opt for ground pepper.
STEP 7
At the end of cooking, add fresh herbs and garlic, passed through a press. I add parsley. But it can be easily replaced with cilantro, dill or green onions. Stir and heat for a couple more minutes.
STEP 8
Fried meat with mushrooms in a frying pan is ready! In addition, you can prepare a side dish of potatoes or rice. Place the dish on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
