I had a small piece of pork (carbonade), and I decided to cook it with fried meat with mushrooms in a frying pan. I also had some champignons. I added dill from the greens. The only spices I added were salt and ground black pepper. The cooking time was the same as indicated in the recipe. Despite the speed and ease of preparation, it turned out very appetizing.
