As a child, I stood on a stool at Grandma's kitchen table, inspired by her magic. Each recipe was like a fairy tale, and the kitchen was a home where the family gathered together, shared joy and love. Over the years, I began to explore different cuisines around the world, from spicy Indian curries to colorful Italian pastas. These adventures inspired me to create simple yet delicious dishes that anyone can make at home. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone, and that every dish we prepare has a special story behind it.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Ferrandi Paris.
