Place a pan of salted water on the fire and bring to a boil. Pour corn grits into boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes.

When the polenta has cooled, transfer it to a large bowl, add flour,

then milk and vegetable oil

then the egg and mix everything thoroughly.

Add corn and beat well again.
STEP 7

Add olive oil to a large frying pan and heat it. Using a tablespoon, carefully pour in the dough. Adjust the heat to medium level. The pancakes need to be fried on both sides for 2 minutes. When the pancakes are ready, transfer them to a plate.
STEP 8

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a baking sheet and place a layer of pancakes on it, and place a piece of Mozzarella cheese on top of each. Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes. During this time, corn pancakes with Mozzarella cheese will acquire the desired condition.
STEP 9

While the pancakes are baking, prepare the anchovies. Place butter in a small saucepan or frying pan and fry the fish fillets on both sides.
STEP 10

We take the pancakes out of the oven, place them on a serving plate, put anchovies on top of the pancakes and pour over the oil that we used to fry the fish. That’s it. The dish is ready. Bon appetit.
