The pork cooked very quickly. I had a tenderloin. Instead of mushrooms I added eggplant. Just 30 minutes in the oven. Yummy and no mess. Thanks for the recipe. Juicy, tasty and fast! And yes, low-calorie, for those who are watching their figure. I only got 130 kk per 100 g. This is doubly pleasant.
