Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil and place the chopped meat. Place chopped tomato slices on top.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Next add a layer of fried mushrooms. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 30-40 minutes. Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Read more about how to choose the right baking time and temperature in the article. The link is at the end of the recipe.

  8. STEP 8

When you have a good piece of meat in the refrigerator, you want to cook something special with it. After looking at the recipes on the website, I chose a very beautiful and tasty dish - pork with champignons in the oven. I cut a piece of pork into steaks, they turned out to be about 1.5 cm thick. I didn’t have a mallet at hand, so I used a knife and beat the steaks with the back of it. Then I salted them and placed them on a baking sheet. I placed chopped tomatoes on top and fried champignons with onions on them. Bake the meat in the oven for 30 minutes. Then I placed two or three teaspoons of sour cream and grated cheese on each steak. I returned the meat to the oven and kept it there for another 10 minutes. It turned out great! The meat turned out so juicy and soft! Together with tomatoes and mushrooms - very tasty! You could have added mayonnaise instead of sour cream. Knowing its ability to make meat juicier and tastier, I wanted to take it for cooking first. But I decided to follow the recipe anyway and was pleasantly surprised. It seems to me that it was thanks to sour cream that the meat became so tasty. Both my husband and I really liked it! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Our whole family appreciated the tender and juicy meat combined with mushrooms and tomatoes. I believe that recipes such as oven-baked pork with tomatoes and cheese are, firstly, healthier than, for example, after frying, secondly, they are easier to prepare, and thirdly, they always turn out very tasty! I saved the recipe, thank you very much!

I really liked the pork with champignons baked in the oven. This turns out to be a two-in-one dish - meat and side dish. By choosing the right ingredients, you can give it new accents each time. My family will like pork with champignons in the oven, and I can even serve this dish to guests on a holiday table. Next time I will complement this meat with baked mashed potatoes. I'm sure it will be a wonderful flavor combination. Thanks for the recipe!
