I made a very tasty second recipe for lunch: pork with mushrooms in a frying pan in sauce with onions. I served the meat with mashed potatoes - mmm.. Impossible to tear myself away! I ran out of tomato paste, so instead I took a large tomato, put it in the pan after the meat, and simmered until it became soft. After that, I added sour cream and a little water, and simmered the meat until cooked. I placed the fried champignons in the frying pan at the very end and held them for 2 minutes. The recipe is wonderful! I recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much!
