STEP 1
How to make pork with mushrooms in a frying pan in sauce with onions? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, I choose pork neck. It contains a little fat, so the finished meat will not be dry. Cut the prepared pork into small pieces.
STEP 2
Sprinkle the chopped meat with flour and stir. Make sure each piece is coated evenly with flour.
STEP 3
Rinse the champignons to remove dirt and cut into 2-4 pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the chopped champignons. Fry them for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then set the fried mushrooms aside.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. In another pan, fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
STEP 5
Then place the chopped meat in the pan along with the onions. Fry the meat and onions over high heat for 2-3 minutes until it is no longer pink.
STEP 6
Add sour cream, tomato paste and water to the pan. Mix everything, cover with a lid and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the meat becomes soft. Add a little salt and ground pepper to taste. If necessary, you can add a little more water.
STEP 7
When the meat becomes soft, add fried mushrooms to it. Stir and heat everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 8
Pork with mushrooms and onions in sauce is ready! Boiled rice would be an ideal side dish! Bon appetit!
