How to make pot soup in the oven? Prepare a list of products. Take pork with a small amount of fat. Wash vegetables and mushrooms, peel potatoes, carrots and onions.

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Place the pieces of meat in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry over high heat.

While the meat is roasting, dice the onion.

Add chopped onion to the meat in the pan and stir.

Sprinkle the pork and onions with spices and fry, stirring, for about ten minutes.

While the meat and onions are frying, cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Cut the carrots into small cubes.

Also cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Cut the champignons into quarters or halves if the mushrooms are small.

Now fill the pots. First, place the meat fried with onions on the bottom, distributing equally into each pot.

Then put the potatoes in the pots.

Following the potatoes, place chopped carrots in the pots.

Next, place the chopped tomatoes in the pots.

Place champignon pieces on top of the tomatoes.

Finely chop the dill.

Sprinkle the mushrooms in the pots with chopped dill.

Add a teaspoon of salt to each pot, no heap, or less.

Pour boiling water into each pot.

Fill the pots up to the neck, leaving room for simmering.

Cover the pots with lids.

Place the filled pots of soup in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the pots of soup from the oven and serve. Appetizing, beautiful and very tasty.
