Soup in pots in the oven

Incredibly tasty, rich, for a family dinner! Soup in pots in the oven has a special aroma. All ingredients are put into the dish raw, which is very convenient for busy housewives; only the meat and onions need to be fried for a more expressive taste.

In pots the soup turns out to be especially tasty. See the recipe for homemade chicken or rooster soup in a cast iron pot. Not a soup, but just a dream!

I cooked pot soup in the oven for lunch. Instead of champignons, I used dried mushrooms. I immediately poured boiling water over them to make the mushrooms softer. I fried the meat and onions before putting them in pots. I cut vegetables - potatoes and tomatoes into cubes, carrots into strips. I put the meat and vegetables in pots, put chopped mushrooms on top, added salt and poured boiling water over everything. The only spice I used was bay leaf. I cooked the soup in the oven for about an hour at 220°. The soup turned out thick, aromatic, and the broth came out clear, it contained bright vegetables, very beautiful. The soup has a rich and balanced taste. Thank you very much for the delicious recipe!

A delicious recipe for soup in pots. I need to make it somehow. But the pots themselves seem to me to be not very convenient to use. There are no handles on the sides of the pots and the lid. But this is not the most important thing.

The pot soup in the oven turned out absolutely amazing! Of course, I had to work hard, but the result is worth it. The taste is very different from cooked in a pan, it is richer and more aromatic. Fabulous! Thank you very much for the recipe!
