STEP 1
How to make pork medallions in cream sauce? Cut the peeled tenderloin into medallions. Their thickness should not exceed 1.5 centimeters. Finely chop the onion into cubes and the mushrooms into slices.
STEP 2
Fry the medallions on both sides until done. Place on a plate covered with foil to keep warm.
STEP 3
Prepare the sauce. Fry the onion in a frying pan for about 4 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add the flour and fry for about 1 more minute.
STEP 4
Pour cream and soy sauce into the mixture, add salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened consistency.
STEP 5
Serve pork medallions with cream sauce.
