STEP 1
How to make pork with mushrooms in creamy sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For the dish you will need boneless pork. It could be a ham, tenderloin or neck if you like fattier meat. Goulash already cut into small pieces is also suitable. If you wish, you can add onions to this dish, which will need to be cut into strips.

Wash the pork, dry it and cut into medium pieces or strips.
STEP 3
Wash the champignons, dry and cut into slices.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add chopped pork to it. Fry it over high heat, stirring, on all sides until golden brown.
STEP 5
Pour in the vegetable broth. If you don't have broth, you can use hot water.
STEP 6
Reduce heat to low and simmer the meat, covered, for 25-30 minutes until tender. At the same time, make sure that the broth does not completely boil away and the pork does not burn. Periodically lift the lid and check the meat.
STEP 7
When there is almost no liquid left, add champignons to the meat. Fry, stirring, for another 5-7 minutes. At the same stage, you can add chopped onions along with the mushrooms.
STEP 8
When the mushrooms release their juice, salt and pepper the dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Mix everything.
STEP 9
Pour in the cream and stir. If you want a thicker sauce, you can dilute 1 tsp in cream. without a mountain of starch or flour. Warm the meat and sauce over low heat. As soon as the cream begins to boil, remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 10
Cover the pan with a lid and let the pork simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 11
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs. Serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
