I really love French meat, I cook it often and in different ways, for holidays and on weekdays. I decided to make French-style meat without potatoes in the oven according to your recipe. A very cool combination of baked vegetables and meat. I prepared a dish from homemade pork belly meat. I did everything exactly according to the recipe. I really like that there are no unnecessary spices, except for salt and pepper, which does not interrupt the taste of the meat itself. I placed the filling on the steaks, poured it generously with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated hard cheese.
