I made carrot salad with mayonnaise and garlic for lunch - one of my favorites. Peeled the carrots and grated them on a coarse grater. I put it in a salad bowl, added salt, stirred, and after a few minutes the carrots gave juice. I grated one clove of garlic on a medium grater and added it to the carrots. Dressed the salad with mayonnaise. My carrots were sweet. The salad came out wonderful! Juicy, tender! And this despite the garlic. By the way, it’s not spicy for me.
