STEP 1

How can you quite easily prepare homemade dumplings from high-quality and pliable choux pastry with mixed minced meat, which will surely appeal to many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing a festive dish of dumplings with mushrooms in the oven for dinner or lunch.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a large bowl, then pour two-thirds of a teaspoon of salt into it, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 3

Take a fine sieve and sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour into a deep bowl, which then pour into a bowl of boiling water in two steps and mix well.
STEP 4

Break one chicken egg into a common bowl.
STEP 5

Pour the remaining flour into the bowl and continue kneading the dough.
STEP 6

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands until the required homogeneous consistency.
STEP 7

Gather the kneaded dough into a ball and place it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.
STEP 8

Take a fine grater and grate two onions and two cloves of garlic into a deep plate.
STEP 9

Take a deep bowl and place five hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, then add grated onions and garlic to the bowl, add salt and a mixture of black and red peppers to taste.

Pour about seventy milliliters of boiled water into a bowl with minced meat and mix all the ingredients until smooth, then let the prepared minced meat brew for twenty minutes.
STEP 11

Pour some premium wheat flour onto the table and lay out the dough, which you then roll out to a thin flat cake two millimeters thick.
STEP 12

Take a mold of suitable diameter and cut dough pieces.
STEP 13

Place the required amount of minced meat in the center of each piece and make dumplings, which you then shape and place on a baking sheet.
STEP 14

Start cooking the dumplings in the General's style and pour one and a half liters of water into a pan placed on the stove, which is then brought to a boil, then put two hundred and fifty grams of champignons into the pan, add salt, bay leaf, black peppercorns to taste and boil for five minutes.
STEP 15

Place the required number of dumplings in a pan with mushrooms and boil them at a high temperature on the stove until they float.
STEP 16

Place dumplings with mushrooms on a baking sheet or a suitable frying pan, add butter to taste, pour in broth and place in an oven preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees for ten minutes.
STEP 17

After time has passed, remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the prepared dumplings with mushrooms in a general’s style on portioned plates.
