Salad with chicken liver and beets

Cut the champignons into thin slices.
STEP 3
We clean the liver from the films and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 4
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Place on a paper towel.

Fry the liver pieces until cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Place on a plate.
STEP 7
Place the prepared liver, mushrooms and quail eggs cut into halves on lettuce leaves (by the way, if the eggs are soft-boiled, the liquid yolk will serve as an additional sauce).

Break or cut the feta and sprinkle on top of the salad.

For dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.

While trying to find salads for the upcoming holidays, I found this yummy dish) I really liked the salad! I’ve never tried the combination of champignons and liver before, I didn’t think it would be so delicious!
