For breakfast I prepared a roll with onions and eggs in the oven. I took kefir with a fat content of 2.5 percent. I used 420 grams of flour (high grade). I sifted the flour twice. The dough turned out tender, soft, convenient and pleasant to work with. I kneaded it for about 5 minutes. For the filling I took category C1 eggs. Instead of sour cream, I used mayonnaise. I baked the roll on siliconized parchment for 25 minutes: 15 minutes on the middle level of the oven and 10 minutes on the highest one. The roll came out fluffy and soft. The filling is juicy and very tasty. The roll turned out great. Despite the fact that it is prepared from yeast dough, it did not take much time to prepare. Thank you very much for the recipe!
