STEP 1
How to bake a quick kefir pie with cheese and sausage in the oven? Prepare the following ingredients. Any kefir will do; I use 3.2% fat kefir. Eggs CO. Boiled sausage without fat (I used milk sausage). The cheese is hard, without a specific taste. Premium quality wheat flour. Prepare a shallow pan for oven use. I will prepare the cake in a round pan with a diameter of 25 cm.
STEP 2
Add baking powder to a glass with kefir, stir and leave on the table so that the reaction of baking powder with kefir begins while you cut the ingredients for the pie. Read about all the nuances of working with baking powder in a separate article, the link is at the end of the recipe.
STEP 3
Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse the green onions thoroughly under cold running water, cut off the wilted stems and chop.
STEP 4
Beat raw eggs into a deep bowl and mix with salt. Add kefir with baking powder, flour and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The dough has a consistency similar to pancake dough. STEP 5
Add chopped sausage, green onions and grated cheese to the dough. Mix the dough again.
STEP 6
Grease the pan you have chosen for the pie with vegetable oil or line it with baking paper. STEP 7
Remove the finished pie from the oven. It can be served hot, warm or chilled. This pie will decorate your breakfast and also become a very tasty mid-day snack. Bon appetit!
