True, I had half a glass of kefir, I added fermented baked milk to the top of the glass. Instead of boiled sausage, I took two sausages and set aside another sausage to decorate the top. I added more green onions, even our children love them. For baking, I just have a flat, wide pan. After I distributed the dough in the mold, I thought that it would just be boring and decided to decorate the top. I sliced ​​a red tomato very thinly and laid out the circles. I also cut the sausage into circles and also laid it out on the surface. Bake for 40 minutes. During this time, the top was well browned. As soon as I took it out of the oven, I brushed the top with a small piece of butter to make it shine. My daughter said it was pizza! Well, I didn’t object, especially since she finished two pieces at once) The pie is amazingly delicious! The dough turned out juicy, porous, similar to layered khachapuri. The filling goes well with the dough. The onion lost its bitterness and became neutral in taste. This pie is good to bake when you urgently need to feed guests or family. I recommend!
