Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Sift the flour into a bowl. Using your hands, rub the butter and flour into small crumbs.
STEP 2
Add the egg and knead the dough. Form the mixture into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Roll out the dough to a diameter at least 5 centimeters larger than the shape. I have a mold with a diameter of 23 centimeters.
STEP 4
Using a rolling pin, place the dough into a baking pan and form the sides with your hands.
STEP 5
Cut the brisket and cheese into cubes and place on the dough.
STEP 6
Mix the eggs with cream, salt and pepper and pour over the pie.
STEP 7
Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
STEP 8
