Pumpkin galette with cottage cheese and apples

In a cup, combine pumpkin, apples, and spices. Add 2 tsp. Sahara.

Separately mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar.

Roll out the dough into a circle about 5mm thick. Roll out the edges thinner, leaving the middle thicker. Using a rolling pin, transfer the dough onto a greased sheet.

We distribute the cottage cheese in the middle, without reaching the edge.
STEP 12

Spread the pumpkin-apple mixture onto the cottage cheese.
STEP 13

Lift the edges of the dough and place them on the filling, pressing. Bake at 180 degrees. 30-35 minutes.
