Nuts go very well with pumpkin, cottage cheese, cinnamon and apple. For a nut streusel, you need to grind 10 g of soft butter, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp flour, 15 g chopped walnut kernels, 1 tbsp. Sahara. Before baking, sprinkle the filling with streusel. From the spices, I also added 2 pinches of nutmeg, 2 pinches of ground cardamom in addition to cinnamon and cloves. You did everything great! It didn't hurt to improve this old recipe. Streusel with nuts will perfectly complement the taste of the filling, and with aromatic spices the result, of course, will be perfect. I can imagine this spicy, rich taste! Thanks for the additions and photos, they are wonderful.
