It turns out that first the potatoes and onions are fried, and this is almost an independent dish) An appetizing golden crust appears on the potatoes. And then carrots and cabbage are added. They do not have time to cook and remain slightly crispy. Very interesting consistency of the stew. I especially liked the “fried” potatoes, such a pleasant and unexpected taste) I added one small clove of garlic, just for flavor. From the spices I took paprika and black pepper. Very tasty, we liked the dish!
