My husband is a big fan of ribs in all forms: in pea soup, in a frying pan, in the oven, and, of course, on coals. And this is understandable; when cooked correctly, ribs turn out to be perhaps the most delicious pork dish. This is because the meat between the ribs is very tender, juicy and sweet. Hand on heart, lately I don’t feel like cleaning the grill at all, so we fry skewers of ribs on skewers. This recipe has a very tasty marinade that neutralizes the fat content of the pork. Of course, the meat on the ribs turned out to be the most tender! I recommend this wonderful and tasty recipe, our gratitude to the author!

Good recipe, everything is clear even without step-by-step photos. But I would like to see a photo of the finished dish, but it’s not scary, I’ll cook it and admire it. Although I’m sure with my meat-eaters the kebab will disappear faster than I can take a photo of it. I’ve never tried to prepare a marinade for shish kebab using kefir, but you always need to try something new, I think the meat in kefir should be tender.

Why burnt meat? Have you ever thought about it?
