Pork goulash in a slow cooker

STEP 1
Necessary ingredients: Turn on the multicooker in advance to frying mode, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Let it warm up.
STEP 2
In the meantime, rinse the meat well, remove films and veins, and remove excess fat. Cut the meat into pieces approximately 2-3 cm in size.
STEP 3
Place the prepared meat in a multicooker bowl with heated oil, sprinkle with paprika, and sprinkle with the juice of 1/3 of a lemon. You can add your favorite spices if you wish. Don't forget to stir the meat periodically.
STEP 4
The onion must be peeled. Cut as desired - into quarters of rings, into strips. I like cubes.
STEP 5
Add onion to meat. Stir.
STEP 6
When the onion is lightly fried, add flour.
STEP 7
Mix everything thoroughly. Fry lightly.
STEP 8
Pour in water. The water should be very hot.
STEP 9
Add some salt. Stir.
STEP 10
Close the lid. And set the extinguishing mode for 45 minutes - an hour. The meat is not afraid if it is stewed longer. So, if time allows, feel free to simmer for at least 2 hours.
STEP 11
At the end of the program, add tomato paste. Mix.
STEP 12
Add cream and stir.
STEP 13
Leave it in the heating mode for another 10 - 15 minutes. That's all, the dish is ready. You can serve.
