Pork goulash in a slow cooker

Tender meat with sweet and sour gravy is loved by both adults and children. This recipe has been in our family for several years. At one time I tried many options, but this one seemed to me the most successful. The taste is always excellent. The meat turns out soft, sweet and sour. Every time I want to add more. And, most importantly, there is enough delicious thick gravy for everyone! :)

DELICIOUS goulash. It’s true that I always marinate the meat, and then fry it. In my opinion, for 500 grams of pork, 1/3 of a lemon / squeeze the juice into the marinade / is enough. Then follow the author’s recipe. The gravy is excellent and there’s really a lot of it, so much so that you have to chase after a piece of meat .CONCLUSION - lovers of meat, their favorite, need to put at least 900 grams per 800 ml of added water. Then everything will be perfect and the balance will not be upset. Znlena, THANK YOU for the recipe, I will continue to cook according to it. Step-by-step is convenient, although you don’t write about lemon in it. Perhaps in step No. 3. GOOD LUCK...
