Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Prepare a simple set of products: fresh pollock, onions, carrots, mayonnaise and a little sunflower oil.
STEP 2
Clean the pollock, gut it, trim the tail and fins. Cut the fish into portions.
STEP 3
Salt and pepper the fish.
STEP 4
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 5
Add mayonnaise and mix well, rub the marinade into the fish.
STEP 6
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with sunflower oil, place thin slices of carrots. Place the fish on top of them along with the mayonnaise marinade.
STEP 7
Place in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees, covering the edges with foil. At the end of baking, the foil can be removed and the fish can be sprinkled with grated cheese. And bake a little again.
