In my childhood, the kitchen was always the center of family warmth. I watched in delight as my grandmother prepared traditional dishes, filling the house with the aroma of homemade baked goods and spices. These memories became the basis of my passion for cooking. Traveling around the world, I discovered amazing cuisines, from spicy Indian to light Mediterranean. The warmth of family and the variety of flavors inspire every recipe I make. I want to show that anyone can cook, and it is not only an art, but also a way to connect with loved ones. Spices are easy!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at University of Hawaii Maui College.
