STEP 1

How to make fluffy pancakes with yogurt? Prepare and measure all ingredients. To prepare these pancakes, it is better to take natural yogurt without additives. If you still have flavored yogurt in the refrigerator, try it with it, but adjust the amount of sugar. You can replace yogurt with kefir if the kefir is thick and fatty. Sift the flour first, this will make the pancakes even fluffier.

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar and soda.

Mix well with a whisk. It is not necessary to use a mixer; it is enough to simply combine the products without whipping.
STEP 4

Add flour in parts, vigorously stirring the dough with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
STEP 5

It may take less or more flour, you need to be guided by the dough. It should become thick and flow off the spoon slowly.
STEP 6

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Lubricate it with vegetable oil, just a little, with a pastry brush. I always grease just before the first batch, but you check your pan. Spoon the batter into pancakes that are approximately equal in size.
STEP 7

Fry the pancakes on each side for two to three minutes until golden brown.
