STEP 1
How to make bagels with cottage cheese in the oven? This is a very simple baking that even a novice housewife can handle. Start cooking with the dough. The oil should be cold. Flour of the highest grade.

Cut the cold butter into cubes, mix with flour and grind into fine crumbs. I rubbed the dough with my hands, but you can use a blender - it will work faster.

In a separate bowl, combine the egg with sugar and salt and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour crumbs. Add sour cream and baking powder.

Knead a thick, very soft, elastic, homogeneous dough. Depending on the size of the egg, the moisture content of the sour cream and flour, you may need a little more. But do not rush to add flour at the very beginning of kneading. Gradually, moisture is absorbed into the dough and it becomes thicker. But if after long kneading the dough remains liquid, add 1-2 tbsp. l. flour. I needed 1 more tbsp. l. with a small slide. Roll the dough into a ball.
STEP 6
Now prepare the filling. It is better to take cottage cheese that is not dry, with a fat content of 5-9%. You can replace regular sugar with vanilla sugar.

Combine cottage cheese with sugar and mash with a fork.
STEP 8
Roll out the dough into a circle approximately 2-3 mm thick.
STEP 9
Cut the dough into triangles.
STEP 10
Place 1 tsp on the wide edge of each triangle. curd filling. Roll the triangles into rolls from the wide edge to the narrow edge. You will get medium sized bagels.
STEP 11
